冰雹殼小屋裡的老奶奶倒茶

Wide 16:9 frame. Under a huge grey hailstorm sky, on a green field, sits a snug little shelter made from the half-shell of one enormous smooth hailstone, with hail bouncing off its curved roof. In its round doorway Fumiko, a very small elderly woman with silver-white hair in a low bun, jade bead earrings and a cream cardigan, pours tea into two cups beside a tiny stove glowing warm orange; the oval wash behind her is silver-grey and warm gold. No lettering, numbers, signs or labels with writing appear anywhere; doors, windows and furniture are plain. Style: a soft gouache-style digital painting with visible dry-brush texture at full size, in a muted dusty palette of grey-blue, cream, warm brown and beige with a single gentle warm accent such as butter yellow or rust. Mid-value scenes with soft contrast and no black outlines. Faces are simplified rounded shapes with large round eyes (dark dots, or glossy with a highlight), small noses and soft blush cheeks; hair is painted in broad brushy masses. Diffused, shadowless light. Backgrounds are loose oval washes of muted colour on generous white paper, with rough brushstroke ground shadows.
