Serpent and Swordbearer by Torchlight in a Stone Dungeon

Inside a grand, ancient stone dungeon hall: tall carved pillars, a high vaulted ceiling, iron sconces on the walls, a worn flagstone floor littered with bones and slime puddles. Warm orange torchlight flickers over a woman's face and over the slick skin of the monster, while cold blue shadows and atmospheric haze fill the rest. She is a fierce, powerful barbarian warrior with a curvy build and long hair, in fur and leather armor and metal bracers, braced defensively with a broadsword and a burning torch in her hands. Looming over her, ready to strike, is an enormous body-horror serpent, its thick pale flesh wet and translucent with visible veins, tumorous growths, malformed fleshy protrusions, and a gaping split jaw of sharp teeth that drips slime, its coils sprawling over the floor. Rendered as a 35mm frame from a 1980s dark fantasy adventure film, in the spirit of practical-effects cinema: animatronic latex creature, wet specular highlights, film grain, soft focus. --v 8.2
