Savanna Animals Turned Into Glowing Glass

Take every living thing in this African savanna — animals, any human figures, whatever moves — and rebuild them as creatures made of clear glass with neon light pulsing inside. Their bodies should bend and refract the world around them like real crystal, color flowing through the inside of each one, throwing that glow back out onto the ground and grass nearby. Leave the terrain and the sunset-into-night setting untouched; only the lighting gets rebuilt, now driven by these glowing bodies instead of the sun.
