A Walnut Salt Cellar on Woven Linen
Wood grain, hinge and salt crystals remain legible.
✍️ The hinge and the edges of the wood grain are the hardest things to get out of this one, and writing "credible lid hinge" is keeping an eye on exactly that. The weave of coarse linen and the salt grains have to be told apart. If the pivot on the wooden lid isn't right, the whole box feels like plastic.
