The Letters H and I, Made of Foam

Within a vertical 9:16 frame built for portrait display, the letters HI rise upright, formed from soft sponge-foam with visible open-cell pores and rounded, pillowed edges. Centered and occupying the upper two-thirds of the crop, the lettering sits evenly spaced and slightly condensed for clarity at a distance, generous negative space held below for balance. The surrounding surfaces stay unlettered and clean, a few micro-scratches and seams reducing to abstract lines across the base plane, the whole scene reading as a tactile studio study inside clear air with a faint pearl haze suggesting gentle atmosphere. Light wraps softly across the foam, revealing surface texture and subtle specular highlights under a warm-pastel color bias. Focus resolves sharply on the letters' front faces, shallow depth allowing a soft fall toward the background plane; the crop stays tight-portrait, eye-level, normal perceived width, keeping attention on the forms. Materials include open-cell sponge-foam, a matte painted base, and a faint satin backdrop catching reflected color, with a small matching color-swatch card near the base implying production and scale. Style reads as photoreal 3D macro rendering, tactile emphasis, minimal motion suggesting a slight buoyant softness in the foam.
