How it was shot: a real photograph, commercial still-life genre, taken with a medium-format digital sensor and a 100mm lens at f/11, which keeps everything deeply sharp from edge to edge, with ultrafine grain. One large overhead softbox, slightly front-left, sends even directional light downward, giving clean specular accents on glossy finishes and short contact shading right under each form. The finish is bright and neutral in colour, tight in contrast, true to material sheen. A single tall softbox reflection runs down the left side of the glass.
