Start from the uploaded reference photo and rebuild it as a hyper-realistic, low-key, black-and-white fashion portrait. Everything structural has to hold steady: the square crop, camera angle, where the subject sits in frame, the upper-body framing, the tilt of the head, shoulder line, body angle, backdrop, direction of the light, where shadows fall, contrast level, and the grain — none of it should shift, so the same dark editorial mood carries through untouched. The one thing that changes is the subject: swap the person out for whoever appears in the newly uploaded target reference image.
