A Purple Wool Coat Steps Out of an Old-Film Subway Platform
A 1/15s shutter drags his stride into a purple afterimage — the kind of shake only old film seemed to have.
✍️ The slow shutter is the whole mechanism here — 1/15s isn't a mistake, it's deliberate. Only motion blur earns the word 'motion'; a still figure in the heaviest wool coat still can't tell this story. Shutter speed matters more than the coat itself.
📋 Prompt Midjourney Parameter Style
Editorial fashion shot of a male model in a deep-purple wool coat, mid-stride on a subway platform, his movement smeared into motion blur by a 1/15s shutter. Low-key lighting, shallow depth of field isolating him from the tunnel behind, editorial film grain laid over the frame, the high-speed walk rendered with rich fine detail despite the blur. --ar 9:16 --raw
